Overview

On this page

Nook is a team workspace for conversations that lead to clear decisions and next steps. It brings private channels, fixed-participant direct conversations, threads, reactions, files, decisions, commitments and attention into one place.

Who it is for

Nook is for teams that want a shared place to talk in channels, keep a conversation with its replies, record a decision and assign a commitment. Each person sees the conversations they currently belong to.

What Nook does

Nook keeps conversation history, decisions and commitments in the workspace. Decisions retain their versions. Only the assigned person can accept a commitment and report it complete; Nook records that report without independently verifying the work. Attention helps each person follow the conversations and requests they choose.

What Nook does not provide

Nook has no AI feature. Sign-in, invitation and opted-in notification email uses the mail provider configured by the workspace owner. Optional Web Push sends encrypted alerts directly through your browser’s push service. Nook does not claim that a local installation is ready for hosted production use.

What has not been proven

Hosted operation on a real Cloudflare account and live mail delivery, capacity beyond the recorded local measurement, native mobile push and real-device Web Push receipt (email is proven against the local development outbox; Web Push has a local encrypted network-edge proof), integrations, and a full accessibility audit have not been proven. Local synthetic verification is not a production, parity or adoption claim.
